Noted Tribeca

OPENED398 DAYS AGO

Tribeca welcomes a new all-day restaurant, Noted Tribeca.

Noted Tribeca jumps on the city’s all-day restaurant trend, transforming from a casual café by day to a restaurant by night, offering dishes by a former ABC Kitchen chef.

Noted Tribeca - Sea Bass

The Spot:

With Minho Yang (of NYC-based design firm Studio GAAK) behind both the concept and the space, Noted Tribeca boasts a thoughtful design with wooden tables for communal dining, alongside small round tables to suit both day and night time needs. While industrial elements make an appearance here and there, Noted Tribeca boasts a rustic charm with mismatched wooden furnishings, brown leather sofas and exposed brick walls.

The Food:

Executive chef Steve Song gives American day-time fare a Korean twist, serving purple sweet potatoes on toast, granola bowls with golden beets and banana jam, and pork belly waffles. Dinner takes a more traditional Korean route, including options such as hamachi crudo and pasta filled with unami notes of cod roe and nori.

Noted Tribeca - Salad

The Drinks:

Led by beverage director Ryan Clur, cocktails are labeled with editions rather than names, from ed.001 (gin and tonic) to ed.008 (rum, ginger, lemon, and Crème de Cacao). Edition seven remains unlisted as a secret cocktail, featuring a different variety every night.

The Damage:

Day-time fare costs around $10-15; dinner varies between $10 and $22.

In a Nutshell:

While the concept of an all-day restaurant isn’t particularly new, Noted Tribeca stands out with innovative dishes and a rotating line-up of (secret) cocktails. What’s more, the restaurant will showcase art exhibitions by local and international talent.
