Why’s it unmissable? The restaurant’s classic flavors and focus on cultural heritage have a new iconic location, with an in-house tortilleria.

What is it? A new indoor multi-use venue in a renovated warehouse in Brooklyn.

Why’s it unmissable? Food, drink, classes and Japanese-inspired ‘listening parties’ – there’s basically nothing you can’t do here.

What is it? Real wood-pit barbecue in Hell’s Kitchen.

Why’s it unmissable? Owner and pitmaster Nick Accardi really cares about smoking – meats are smoked with a combination of woods and specially made spice rubs, for up to 12 hours.

What is it? A Navy-themed cocktail bar in Greenpoint.

Why’s it unmissable? The cocktail menu is split into new takes on classics, and GRCCs signature cocktails, featuring ingredients like Bahez Mezcal and carbon-infused gin (though not at the same time, hopefully).
