What is it? A new modern Mediterranean spot in Fort Greene.

Why’s it unmissable? The inventive menu draws flavors from Israel and Latvia with an NYC flair – it’s also a good looking date spot.

Gilligan's New York

What is it? A tropical themed pop-up restaurant at the Soho Grand Hotel.

Why’s it unmissable? Great food, frozen watermelon margaritas by the bucket load and a great outdoor space – welcome to your summer spot.

Butcher Bar L.E.S

What is it? The Lower East Side’s latest meat haven and bar.

Why’s it unmissable? There’s a dish called ‘Meat Candy’ and that’s all you need to know.

Loosie’s Café

Loosie's Cafe, Williamsburg, New York

What is it? An all-day café from the team that brought you Loosie Rouge and Loosie’s Kitchen.

Why’s it unmissable? Because the whole space is an Instagrammers heaven and they have a happy hour that starts from noon. Oh, and free coffee. All summer (from 7am-8am).

What is it? A restaurant, bar and lounge from a team of restaurant hit-makers on Bowery.

Why’s it unmissable? The food, the drinks, the ambience. Oh, and the downstairs lounge has awesome live music sets too.
