What is it? A new bar and restaurant from the team behind Air’s Champagne that focuses on the finest Japanese whisky and pairing that experience with vinyl records.
Why’s it unmissable? The whole idea of this spot is to focus on the pairing of music with whisky. There’s great whisky to discover and you can even choose your own songs to play on the speakers from a huge collection taken right from Sony’s special collections.
