Luke’s Lobster | Brooklyn Bridge Park

OPENED1047 DAYS AGO

Luke’s Lobster has set up shop in the smokestack building in Brooklyn Bridge Park again for the season but this time, instead of just offering a take out option, it’s a fully formed restaurant.

The Spot:

Whilst Luke’s Lobster usually comes to life for the season around this time of year at this location, there’s a twist with this year’s opening. The former take-out space has been reformed and now features café tables and chairs with 12 indoor seats and 34 new outdoor tables as well as a larger menu that features beer and wine.

The Food:

As you’d expect (and have probably already experienced) they serve some pretty awesome lobster rolls as well as crab and shrimp rolls too. There’s also a ‘Tail and Kale’ seasonal salad, clam chowder and lobster bisque and other options like a crab grilled cheese and a hot dog for kids.

The Drinks:

As mentioned, the new addition to the menu is the alcohol element which includes a range of local and organic varieties of beer on tap and a range of Bridge Lane Wines by the glass, including a Bordeaux blend, a white Merlot and a rosé.

The Damage:

The cheapest roll starts at $9 for a shrimp roll, going up to $17 for a lobster roll and $19.50 for a trio (1/2 lobster, 1/2 crab and 1/2 shrimp).

In A Nutshell:

It’s Luke’s Lobster as we all know and love it. We also know them to be open down here for the season but this time we can stay, chill and soak in the sun (when it finally decides to get its ass over here) with a beer or three.
