New York is, of course, the best city for offering the best of the best of new cuisine and recently there have been some strong contenders opening in New York’s vegan scene. Modern Love has earned itself a serious following in its hometown of Omaha where it first opened and for good reason. The vegan spot serves inventive twists on classic meaty dishes and is has a focus on soul food so diners can rest assured they will not be leaving here with cravings for a cheeseburger. Luckily, we don’t have to go to far to get our delectable vegan fill as they’ve just set up shop in Williamsburg and have already gained a serious following of New Yorkers. From the makers of the city’s largest vegan chain, Blossom du Jour this new spot is a more, grown up version of their other spots and offers tasty and eclectic twists on classic dishes.
